July 7-13 / Winetka, IL / $50,000 Challenger
Todd received a wild card for the Winetka $50,000 Challenger (Qualifying Draw). He used his chances and won two rounds.
Todd lost in the final qualifying round to Phillip Simmonds in straight sets. Phillip is a solid and experienced player (he played on a tour since 2002 / his best singles ranking was 219). He qualified to the main draw where he lost in a three setter against Scoville Jenkins ATP #198.
Todd collected valuable points at this event which should be reflected in his ranking in about 2 weeks. The next tourny is Granby, Canada (Challenger).

After the success in Yuba City, Todd returned back to Stamford, CT. He took a couple of days off and now he is preparing for the next tourney’s. The tournament schedule will be updated soon.

Todd played his 1st Challenger this year in Carson, CA. It was a tough tourney but Todd managed to win a round in the qualifying and pick up some points for his ranking. It was a good warm up for Yuba City…

APRIL 28 – MAY 4 / VERO BEACH, FL / CLAY / F9 FUTURE / US $10,000
Todd qualified in Vero Beach….and now he has the opportunity to challenge the 1st seed Izak Van Der Merwe ATP #292 from South Africa. This is an opportunity for Todd….It is better to play 1st seeds in the early rounds of a tournament. Todd has an advantage vs. Izak by being in a “match mood” after playing 3 matches in the qualifying rounds.

April 14-20 / LITTLE ROCK, AR / F8 FUTURE / US$ 15,000
Todd made it to the 2nd round (Main Draw) after winning against Haydn Lewis ATP #624 in straight sets 6:3 6:4. In the second round, Todd played Russian (#1 seed) Artem Sitak ATP#357. Todd lost in straight sets 6:4 6:1.
In Doubles, Todd teamed up with Brett Ross (former teamate from Wake Forest University). The two Demon Deacons made it to the semifinals of the tournament.

Todd received a wild card for the Main Draw in Alabama. He reached 2nd Round by beating Milan Pokrajac (ATP #459) in straight sets 6:1 6:4. Todd lost in three sets 6:4 4:6 3:6.to the number one seed Gary Lugassy (ATP #223)

| Todd was very consistent over the past 3 weeks. He qualified in Sherbrooke, CA.
Todd was outplayed in the 1st Round of Main Draw by Florin Mergea, whose highest ranking was ATP 243 in singles and ATP 144 in doubles. Experience played a big role in this match.
